January means the first month of PerformHR’s 2023 Wellness Program, which flows through different themes for each month, that embraces the different seasons. Our aim was to create a program for our employees to be introduced and guided through different ways to improve their wellness. The purpose is to ensure we are keeping connected with our employees, and what they need personally and professionally to enhance their experience and effectivity in the workplace.
During each month, we incorporate Yoga, stretches, healthy recipes and team connects.
We are super proud to share the bones of our wellness program and would love to help you build something that suits you unique workplace and budget.
