Anthony is a highly experienced senior HR generalist who has worked in various industries such as Retail, Service, Insurance, Marketing, FMCG, NFP, and Healthcare. Throughout his career, he has held both operational and strategic HR roles, and he enjoys the balance between the two.
Anthony's expertise includes acquisitions, EBA negotiations, ER mediation/grievance resolution, ERP implementation, migration, restructures, cultural change programs, L&D, OD, talent management, recruitment, remuneration, and communications. He has managed teams ranging from 2 to 50 and has provided HR services for teams from 20 to 10,000. Anthony is a commercial, pragmatic, and empathetic HR leader with a focus
