Sandra began her career in workers compensation where she developed her skills in interpreting legislation and adopting policy requirements. Sandra then ventured into agency recruitment as a 360 recruiter specialising in software development. Subsequent to this, Sandra's career shifted into Human resources with a focus within corporate sectors including financial and technology.
In the past Sandra has studied a range of disciplines including Human Resource Management. Currently Sandra is completing her MBA.
In her current role, Sandra has broad experience and is passionate about Organisational Development and Learning and Development. She is also our HRIS implementation specialist and has extensive experience in Employment Hero Implementation.
