Natalie has over 15 years’ experience working in a variety of HR and workplace relations roles in Australia and the UK. This included extensive experience across a wide variety of HR operations across diverse sectors and industries. Natalie particularly enjoyed working at the Fair Work Commission, becoming intimate with the Fair Work Act and understanding how the Commission works.
Natalie experience allows her to navigate the jungle of Australia’s complex workplace relations system. Natalie enjoys providing employee relations support to employers to encourage best practice in performance management and other workplace relations matters, and to help mitigate risk to potential employee claims. She is an advocate for procedural fairness and ensuring sensitivity is at the forefront of all people interactions.
