The aim to align employees’ motivations with a company’s strategic goals. When everyone is heading in the same direction that’s when I believe success happens, at all levels.

HR helps everybody understand how to best support and help each other get the job done.
How do you spend your weekends?
Lots of family time or visiting friends, plus we are a swimming family so the beach, a pool or the river will normally feature for a dip.

Most recently Yellowstone and Ricky Gervais After Life are the favourites in my house.
