Explain HR to a five-year-old
HR is like an umbrella that you use to protect yourself when its raining. I see HR as the over arching function of a business with all the other functions/ departments falling in underneath.
How do you spend your weekends?
In Summer, you’ll find me trying to sunbake but most likely chasing after my son, in the winter I’m tied to the lounge hibernating drinking red wine.
Favourite TV show?
I’m a killer for a doctor show – Grey’s anatomy, New Amsterdam, Scrubs, but then do a 360 for some Yellow Stone
